This is a Sunday Slitherlink puzzle, with a twist. Exactly one clue in each row and column is false. Which clues are lying is up to you to determine.
Not the usual Sunday level of challenge, but still fairly tough considering every cell in the grid has a clue in it. This one is placed where it is due to being a little more quirky than my usual puzzle, as many of my Sunday puzzles are.
