Puzzle 253 (Slitherlink) [Swapped]

This is a Slitherlink puzzle, with a twist. Every clue has been swapped with an adjacent clue. That is, you will only get the true state of the puzzle after partitioning the clues into 30 adjacent pairs and exchanging the clues in each pair. Each clue and nonempty space is involved in exactly one swap. The two numbers involved in a swap do not have to be different.

Impressive puzzle. It was tractable via logic, but required some very new creative thinking.

Very interesting. I think my favorite part was the middle section, with the bottom-right as a close second. Each part of the board really had its own flavor to it, and all of them felt new.

After I realized that numbered clues only swapped with numbered clues (not blanks), then I was able to solve it. It helps to pair up the numbers in the original grid and place them into a second empty grid, working back and forth.
