Boy did this one take time to get right. You might need to expand your toolbox a little to solve it, but it’s not too difficult.

All pretty blah til the end, then a good big pause and consider moment.

Also guessing the toolbox-expanding moment was right near the end, up to there was pretty standard-issue.
However I must comment on the pattern and symmetricity of the givens, fairly astounding..
